Oak Hill Advisors or DC Advisors

Hi

I have SA offers from Oak Hill advisors and DC Advisors (M&A)  for summer internship 2021. I am from a top business school. I applied to internship bit later:(-

I am planning to work couple of years in IB before joining the family business of acquiring and managing multifamily real estate. I might be starting syndication for funding future multifamily purchase when I join the family business. I am looking for learning more than salary in this internship. I have gotten several real estate based internship which I rejected since I can learn those from the family business itself.

With this information, What would you advise me to select?

Thank you for the advise.

Oak Hill Advisors is a credit/distressed debt firm though so it doesn't quite fit your goal of working in IB unless I'm misunderstanding. That said, to me personally, a top credit shop sounds more interesting than lower MM M&A, but it depends on where you want to go after and what kind of training/involvement you will get at OHA compared to DC.
