Going to make a big balls play and ask for a bonus for my performance as an off-cycle in an EB. Does anyone have any advice or guidance as to who I approach and a professional way to do this that is likely to work well?

I am assuming this is an internship and my advice would be to not ask for it. No idea why you would even do it. U will be perceived to be a clown and definitely maintain a legacy at ur bank (maybe other banks as well because it would be a hilarious story)

Appreciate it will follow this advice and give it a go. Don’t know why everyone’s so scared to ask for a bonus if they’ve performed well over the off cycle period, the worst they say is literally no and everyone moves on with their life.
Such a “big balls play” requires Founder/CEO/President level obviously.
