Background: international student, focus on long term career development
i just got two offer, (1)China Big 4 supply chain consulting (2) American Bank operation and function analyst
(1) China Big 4
Pros: Quick growth, focus on Supply Chain
Cons: tired, hard to quit from supply chain
(2) American Bank technology analyst
Pros: High Salary, work experience in America (Plan to go back to China maybe after 6-8years)
Cons: operation department(prefer high learning curve in the start of my career), Asian, Uncertainty of the Rotation program, do not know how to quit
It’s so hard to decide which one to go. Any advice of information about the job is really appreciated. Thanks.
