Current a 1st year analyst at a LMM/MM firm. Just received an offer from a MM firm. I asked if they could pay off my signing bonus I will have to give back to my other firm. They said they would get back to me.
Do you think there will be any issues with this or is paying off the signing bonus relatively standard when lateraling?
