Offers in REIB and REPE out of UG... Thoughts?

Hello WSO Community. I have been a long-time reader of the site and owe a lot of my success to you. For that, thank you. With a month left till graduation, I have been offered two great but very different roles. One with a top 20 PERE firm out west as an acquisitions & AM analyst in multifamily, and the other with a high caliber REIB team in the southeast. I am completely on the fence and not sure which to accept. In the long term, I would like to stay on the east coast and ultimately work in PE for a large fund. Money aside (making double in REIB), which opportunity will best position me for the long term? Is the investor mindset more desirable than the IB experience within the MF world?

Would appreciate any advice. Thanks
