Houlihan on every floor has cold brew on tap, giant fridges with diff beverages and drawers of snacks. Only problem is a lot of fuckers will camp the snack drops and hoard all the good stuff. Once a month there’s a “birthday party” where they basically just order a bunch of cakes to office. Have heard LA office is even better
Not food, but need to shout out Lifetime-tier gym from 7am-8pm weekdays + free golf and racing simulators (all building-wide) for NYC.$20 lunch + $40 dinner 7-days a week for RX (needs to be within 1mi pickup or office delivery)
Do non-rx groups get same lunch/dinner stipend? Also, what are the odds I actually have time to use the gym + simulators

30 Hudson Yards has little areas with free coffee and tea. It's pretty bad though. There are stocked fridges with more drinks and snacks, but you have to pay for them. It's rough.

Not really lol. and Hudson Yards is a bit of pain to get to no matter where you are. You can either take the 7 to get there, or the ACE, or 123 to Penn Station and walk over. I'd say live wherever you'd like. A commute is a commute.

Yup. The puck coffee is undrinkable. 420 Montgomery and 333 Market had it too in San Francisco when I used to work over there. Now 30 Hudson Yards and 150 E 42nd in NYC has the same crap.

Gym is a glorified hotel gym. Meal stipend of $35 after 7/8pm. Small “Starbucks” you have to pay for.

BofA- nothing. Pay for snacks and food marked up. No free drinks. Most you’ll get is free trash coffee and maybe an espresso machine on floor if you’re lucky. $35 dinner stipend..weekends $30 lunch $35 dinner.
Jesus, that’s ridiculous but not surprising. Seems like everything I read / hear about BofA (and a handful of other BBs) is negative. Almost makes me feel like I’ve been spoiled by the EB I’m at.
Lincoln international $35 dinner, gym in office in select offices, free parking, free coffee (latte, cold brew, etc)/snacks/fruit/sodas (alcohol in office occasionally for after work) and pretty frequent free breakfast/lunch atleast once a week.

Are benefits at private UMM/MM PE firms better than publicly-traded banks? Are comped meals and Ubers to and from office the minimum?
