Houlihan on every floor has cold brew on tap, giant fridges with diff beverages and drawers of snacks. Only problem is a lot of fuckers will camp the snack drops and hoard all the good stuff. Once a month there’s a “birthday party” where they basically just order a bunch of cakes to office. Have heard LA office is even better

Not food, but need to shout out Lifetime-tier gym from 7am-8pm weekdays + free golf and racing simulators (all building-wide) for NYC.$20 lunch + $40 dinner 7-days a week for RX (needs to be within 1mi pickup or office delivery)

Do non-rx groups get same lunch/dinner stipend? Also, what are the odds I actually have time to use the gym + simulators

is it silly to mention this in an interview? obviously not as a main answer but even j mentioning it to show extra research lol

Fuck a snack fridge JPM was hiring for a head chef at the new HQ for The Exchange/floors of food (I'm biased)

JPM is fucking awful and I say that as somebody working there.

Any info on JPM amenities tho? Heard it’s $65 for gym and pay for everything except coffee tho snacks and food in the building r discounted??

BofA- nothing. Pay for snacks and food marked up. No free drinks. Most you’ll get is free trash coffee and maybe an espresso machine on floor if you’re lucky. $35 dinner stipend..weekends $30 lunch $35 dinner.

Are benefits at private UMM/MM PE firms better than publicly-traded banks? Are comped meals and Ubers to and from office the minimum?

Heard of some firms that also could expense random one-off meals with other colleagues as "informal happy hours"

i'm not in RX but work closely with Laz/CVP/EVR NY rx on a lot of projects and they seem very very solid.

Free Coffee, Hot Chocolate - nice machines on each floor. Have to pay for Energy Drinks + Snacks

Recently renovated so kinda nice
