On a personal level

What are the best names of sources (books, internet, etc...) that you find to be the most helpful in learning about the in's-and-out's of I-Banking, beside WSO and Mergers&Inquisitions?

FlySoHighHalfway through Rosenbaum & Pearl's I-banking book, so far it's very informative and a great introduction/refresher

Yes I actually just started reading it and it's great.

God of WineI would say the Pearl and Rosenbaum book over a lot of things. It's a really thorough and to the point approach to core modeling concepts. PM me or post about specifics groups you are interested in and I can post some more helpful recommended reading.

I disagree. It takes a long time to read that book and NO ONE uses APV.

I read it on the way to a superday.

The guides are way more important, and your knowledge of the markets and banking count a lot more than the specifics of how to spread comps.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great book, but not essential.
