You can choose any class you want, as long as you choose coach. But yes, you make all the travel arrangements, keep the receipts, and submit them back to Deutsche when you are done. I'd attempt to be wary of price, so don't take a $1,500 flight when there is a $500 one two hours later.

lol... so if i choose a $1500 flight and there happens to be really a $500 flight 2 hours later, they wont refund me the full $1500??

it states economy class only i think. Anything higher you will not be refunded. Only MDs travel in business/first class.

don't you have a designated corporate travel agent to book your flight through, and then get reimbursed after?

they got corporate travel agent to book from?? we can't book direct thru the airlines website itself??

even for interviews when they fly you to NY, their amex corporate center handles it.

sadly no one provided me transport to my interview place... i had to take public transport :(
