If that's your only option, take it. If you have time I would recruit for the other, better groups in Houston.
Not one of the top players - would consider offers from most other BB/EB/MM over them. Guess a benefit is their power group is part of the energy group, so you'd have the opportunity to work on power staffings out of Houston instead of just vanilla O&G. Certainly a known enough brand name that you can lateral elsewhere, just not most people's first choice.

Hi, just a question about this. Do you think it would be possible to lateral to an EB (MOE/PWP/CVP) not just in Houston but also in NYC?
Have heard good things about the hours and culture, can anybody confirm?
Know Houston is generally considered a sweatshop so it may be relative but any insight into general hours and weekends in particular would be helpful
