Out of curiosity, is Pace a Target? (the school)

I was looking at where GS was having information sessions and the list went Penn, Harvard, Stanford, etc. etc. etc. then Pace...Uh? I know it's right in the ehart of Wall Street but it's a very easy school to get into. My counselor told me to apply as a safety. So I look at the stats, its like 1000 SAT's and like a 2.5 GPA. But the kids there are getting these business opportunities. I'm confused, someone help me understand.

The GS link just said for anyone interested in investment banking or has an upcoming summer analyst internship is welcome to join. And I mean, wow, this place is like NYU Stern's bastard child. The price and locaiton are there, but the SAT's scores, acceptance rate and GPA are not.
