Started FT at a BB in NYC a few months ago and have seen people flex the patagonia fleece with the firm's logo on it. How do people get these?

Patagonia stopped working with banks and other businesses that conflict with their company values.
Correct me if I am wrong - I do not work in a BB - but there may not be any new batches and likely all the stock is already handed out.
