Payment Method
Hey guys,
I am currently evaluating some deals and have a question regarding the payment method.
Paying with stock options -> is that treated as cash or stock?
Paying with stock options + shares -> still fully stock deal or mix?
Paying with liabilities -> I guess it is just cash in this case?
What do you think?
