PE Interview - TESTS
Hi all,
Fellow monkey in need of help. To be concise:
I had an interview with a major MM PE on Monday. Was invited to sit "financial tests" on Friday. No idea what that means.
Any ideas or tips? Or source where I can refresh my knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, modelling, etc.?
I'm sorry I can't be of any help other than to tell you I was given a practice PE test on modelling from a friend a while back. Essentially build out the 3 statements from 10 given assumptions (they wanted to see what assumptions you made on your own and the reasoning) and then build a DCF. 2-3 hr time limit.
raz, could you possibly send me the test?
I should have been more precise, I took a PE test as practice thanks to a friend, I wasn't physically handed the test. From what I remeber the assumptions were the basic Rev grew %, Capex grew %, etc as well as the debt structure
That's great, thanks man.
Was told there will be following sections: economics, PE, numerical and legal.
gotcha. thanks.
