In whoever gives you a spot. Thinking you are landing so many offers, to even have the chance to choose, is extremely naive.
Anyway, if your goal is IB, go for IB.
IB would look better if you're choosing between offers, but it's probably going to be at a 30 man boutique as a sophomore. Realistically anything in finance is a good sophomore internship
