People's Workload - What all are you on?

Just curious to hear what everyone else is on at one time. I'm a 2nd year analyst at a BB in a very hot group right now, and we're pretty lean, but it has been insane for 5-6 months now. With post bonus attrition, it's only going to get worse (5 -6 ppl have quit in 10 days). I'm currently on the following:

- 3 SPAC IPOs

- 2 Traditional IPOs

- Public-Public Takeover

- 2 Sponsor Owned Sell-Sides

- Private Capital Raise

- 2 bakeoffs within the next 8 days

This clearly isn't sustainable, and have been promised we were hiring laterals since October/November, yet have made maybe 1-2 hires and have already lost more than that. Curious to hear how other people's workloads stack up and how people's groups are coping with zero capacity across the group?
