Perella Weinberg partners london

Hi all, Just received an offer for PWP LONDON, what is their general rep? Have a couple of EB ACs coming up (think Lazard ...) I know little about their rep, are they worth taking or holding out for another ?

Probably the best junior pay in London unless you're at Robey Warshaw, with some of the best hours too. Very small headcount to begin with, but just this year alone people have gone to Apollo and Centerbridge, among others. Also they have this new scheme which is meant to make it easy for you to switch teams whenever you want to.

Only problem is deal flow. Volume is very very thin since they charge such high fees, and consequently really only get mandated on very big or very complex deals, where such fees can be justified. As a junior this means you might be on some of the largest and most interesting transactions in Europe, or you could be doing absolutely nothing for a year.

Oh that's super helpful; thank you. Brilliant. Well they have a pooling system so hopefully can get involved even if deal flow is slower in some areas...
