Great move from PWP. Assuming the comparable independents left at 110k (Moelis, PJT) raise to 120 soon. Although I’ve heard PJT might be at 120 currently.

Real question is what do bonuses look like...seems like the latest trend for IBs (EB and BB) is to bump base salary and skimp on the bonus. Obviously it's early days but we'll see if that plays out

What? I am an analyst at pwp and have not heard a thing. Also if 1st years are going to 120 are 2nd years increasing from 125? Weird that either there’s a lack of communication on this or this is made up

Didn't LionTree put 2nd years at 130 - 140k base last year? Feels like the incremental is small numbers at this point as I imagine all of these firms will net out to around the same all-in TC.
