Real question is what do bonuses look like...seems like the latest trend for IBs (EB and BB) is to bump base salary and skimp on the bonus. Obviously it's early days but we'll see if that plays out

Didn't LionTree put 2nd years at 130 - 140k base last year? Feels like the incremental is small numbers at this point as I imagine all of these firms will net out to around the same all-in TC.
