Your pay scale is way off and unless they changed it you do not get a bonus until 2-3 years in when you are promoted to senior analyst. I would say pay is 47-60k .
And as I've mentioned in many PFM threads, many banks aren't hiring from PFM any more. But you could live comfortably at PFM but certainly not near banking. After 5 years at PFM you'll essentially make what a year 1 banking analyst makes, maybe

Nope it's PFM clients in general not who you personally work on at least that's the stance I know many of the banks are taking

No they are still the largest fa in terms of market share
