I know this is really late, but I just applied 2 weeks ago on my career services site (at a completely non-target state school on the west coast). Received an email 3 days later saying that I had to apply on the WF career website the following week within literally a 24 hour window, and then received a first round invitation for phone interview 6 days later.

I have an interview this Monday.. Is it mostly behavioral? Some accounting technicals? I'd appreciate any help from anyone who's done this interview already, thanks!

UPDATE I just had my interview for the Summer Financial Analyst Diversity Forum: Walk me through your resume, "tell me about a time" type questions, how do I keep up with the markets, and how to explain the 3 financial statements to someone who doesn't know accounting. Overall, easier than expected.

Did not interview for this specific position but for another internship with Wells. First round phone interview was mostly behavioral. I remember them asking about a specific time when I was working on something and there was an unexpected change and how I handled it. There was also a question about where I get my financial news from and an example of a recent article that I read. The closest thing to a technical question that I got was to describe the financial statements and how they flow together. Overall not difficult and my second round was more of the same.

Does this program require you to submit a transcript? I remember applying earlier in the summer with a resume but I don't think I sent in an unofficial transcript...I was wondering if I had forgotten or this was for all applicants. Thanks!

Did anyone else get an email about completing an application on the 18th on their website? Is this where we'd put our transcripts? It looks like we'll find out by the end of the day on Monday.
