Could write a lot about this, but the biggest thing is to get up and walk for 5 minutes every hour.
If you can squeeze in something minor every now and then it should prevent the major core lockup that I get when I sit at my rona rig for too long.
in addition to the above, adding some stretching periodically throughout the day does wonders. doesn't have to be anything extreme, but even just a few quad, shoulder, and core stretches has made me feel so much better on those days nearly glued to the desk for 15+ hours
