When you pay interest on PIK mezzanine bonds is the interest amount calculated off original principal or original principal + acrrued PIK interest. I.E. if you have a 100mn mezzanine bond with 10% pik interest. What's the interest expense in year 2? Is it 10%100 or 10%110?
