Resume collectors with no real mandates
Just try calling them, always voicemail
Water street, pinpoint all the same shit
I was told they dont have the mandates. They aggregate a bunch of resumes and once they have a good list of resumes, they "reverse" into the bank HR/hiring manager/group head saying we have X/Y/Z resumes that would be a good fit.
I'm not aware of anyone on the entire market who ever got an interview out of Pinpoint, or even talked to someone there. A lot of team members on their website are literally fake profiles. This looks like money laundering.

They're confirmed fake - unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt and fell into the trap of giving them my resume for two separate opps (never heard back) and have since been getting spammed to the next dimension. Emails to watch out for:
