Anyone have insight into Piper’s FIG team? Seems like a strong group but interested in culture and exits. Currently at a low tier BB with a lateral opportunity.
FIG is sweaty in general but never expected anything less from Citi.Citi is always on the rough side for culture, no matter what group. Don't know if it has changed recently for FIG. Any ideas on the exit for FIG for Citi/Barclays?
Is there a specific fig vertical you are considering? I think across the board they are strong but even if you look on their website some teams like fintech is incredibly lean

Great culture, can't really speak to exits though. I know they did have one analyst go to Stone Point last year.
When you say great culture do you mean more like tight knit team or lower hours?
Do you know what they pay like? Is it street or do they pay below?
anyone has any idea on exit/culture at CS/Barclays/Citi FIG?
Have heard Citi FIG has a rough culture with some toxic seniors but happy for someone to correct me if incorrect.
Definitely interested in Barclays fig on my end as well

It's the legacy Sandler O Neil team - this FIG team is top notch and amongst the best of the best
Does this translate to long hours/pay/exit ops? Sounds shallow but important focus
Idk if anything's changed but all the Sandler people from the 2010-2015 years tell me they slept under their desk all the time
