Piper Sandler First Round Technical

I have a first round technical coming up with Piper Sandler. Does anyone have advice or past experiences? Also, what kind of technicals should I be prepared for or expect? I've memorized the 400Q guide but what do they harp on?

Hey OP - went through this process recently. First round technicals were very standard, basic / multi-step accounting and valuation/DCF. They might have changed so would definitely be sharp on M&A technicals as well but unless I’m totally wrong, I wouldn’t expect anything out of left field. Good luck!
