Piper Sandler First Round Technical
I have a first round technical coming up with Piper Sandler. Does anyone have advice or past experiences? Also, what kind of technicals should I be prepared for or expect? I've memorized the 400Q guide but what do they harp on?
What office? And is this for sa
Yup! SA and it's Houston office
Also it's the Houston office for reference
Not sure, do you know when ny RD 1’s come out?
Hey OP - went through this process recently. First round technicals were very standard, basic / multi-step accounting and valuation/DCF. They might have changed so would definitely be sharp on M&A technicals as well but unless I’m totally wrong, I wouldn’t expect anything out of left field. Good luck!
Yah, just had the interview the other day and the hardest question was merger math related--nothing out of left field at all!
So do u think just studying the 400 Q guide was enough for u?
Do you remember the name of the test provider?
I'm going through a similar process right now. Any insights?
What location?
