Its great in terms of experience and deal flow. Culture depends on the group but generally a lot of hours. ask analysts about their hours on weekdays and weekends before you make a decision. I lateraled and took me some time to adjust to the hours and non stop work. Outside of that, they pay well and you get a great deal experience. They also place in good PE shops and are always happy to help make intros
