What’s the IB group like at Piper Sandler (not Minnesota)? I had a networking call where it sounded like the analyst sounded extremely sleepy and unenthusiastic about his group
Its great in terms of experience and deal flow. Culture depends on the group but generally a lot of hours. ask analysts about their hours on weekdays and weekends before you make a decision. I lateraled and took me some time to adjust to the hours and non stop work. Outside of that, they pay well and you get a great deal experience. They also place in good PE shops and are always happy to help make intros
