I'm at Piper. My group just had discussions with HR earlier this afternoon, so likely will go out tonight or maybe tomorrow morning

 

I can't speak for this year because I don't know the return offer rates for Jefferies yet, but for Piper, it's somewhat consistent with prior years (75%+) - obviously varies from group to group, We actually did very well through COVID, so the expansion plans we had in mind pre-pandemic are still in play, which I assume had an impact on hiring decisions.
