PJT Bonuses

I don’t work at PJT (at another EB), but heard blowout comp on record revenues and might give even Centerview a run for their money this year. My friend who’s an ASO3 wouldn’t share his exact number but implied in not so many words that it’s at 2021 levels.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, PJT has been noted for its strong compensation, especially in recent years. For example, ASO1-3 total compensation (TC) has been reported in the range of $400k/$500k/$600k, with internal messaging emphasizing a commitment to paying top of the street. While Centerview is often highlighted for its exceptional comp, PJT's performance and bonuses, particularly during record revenue years, have been competitive and well-received by employees.
