Career Resources
My edits:
Hey First Name, (make it more personal with a "Hey" or "Hi")
My name is XXX XXX and I'm currently a rising senior (shouldn't it be junior, if you have two years left? That makes more sense to me) in the Masters of Accounting program at XXX. I'm currently a summer analyst at a regional restructuring and banking firm named [Firm Name], and am looking to learn more about the industry. I know you are probably very busy, but I'd love to arrange a phone call and learn about your career at XXX, and [Insert more specific thing about the firm he's working for, his experience, etc. Try to tailor it a little more]. In case you want a better sense of my background, I've attached a copy of my resume to this email.
Thanks,
XXX (Only first name, more personable and less stifly)
Just my $0.02

Don't Include your resume initially.
Highly disagree personally. I'm always going to ask for it anyways and I know when I was networking multiple people told me the only reason they responded was that I had a good resume. IMO I'm much more inclined to respond to somebody if I can pre-vet with a resume.
As far as edits to the cold email, I think the entire sentence on working for a big data firm doesn't add much and should be cut. What I would do instead is after your "at my current internship" sentence, add a short bit on why you are reaching out to that person specifically - doesn't have to be crazy granular, could be as broad as the bank's focus (ex: passionate about HC, know Piper is most well known for its HC practice if you're reaching out to somebody in HC).
Basically the goal is to not have something that can be copied and pasted verbatim to every person you are reaching out to. I find it pretty clear when somebody is just churning out cold emails and part of my thought process is always "did they at least try to do above the minimum bar?"
