What is the difference between term loans originated by a corporate bank and those originated via an investment bank -- for example a syndicate put together by a levfin group. And, what makes a company choose one or another. This feels really simple, i am just struggling to find a straight answer on it. More, broadly i guess I'm confused what corporate banks do...
