Please help. Need advice on lateral offer.

I recently got an offer to lateral into JPM’s Regional group. Would appreciate anyone’s thoughts on the group in terms of reputation, deal flow, and culture. Currently at a mid tier MM shop.

“Overall it was a seamless process with very little back and forth. The feedback was very clear and actionable. It was very obvious were my short comings were and where I needed to improve my resume. Feed back was very constructive and overall was super helpful. The process was very streamlined and efficient. The only thing I would improve from the process not necessarily the mentor was that there should be a way to disclose if you are under a non disclosure agreement because that created some friction when implementing feedback.”
