Possible to change mind of boutique firm on intern hiring decision?
Talking about small regional boutiques. If you reach out to them and they say they have decided not to be hiring interns this year, would it ever be possible to be so charming to charm them away from that decision? Anyone done it before? If so, how?
I've been in your boots before. I don't think it is worth it to convince them to take an intern. It could be reasons beyond you. Even if you were the perfect candidate, their boss just does not want one, no space, etc.
Focus on other leads.
I read that having a Summer analyst position without return offer Is looked down upon? Is that always the case, or would this situation be an exception?
I did exactly this once. Yes it’s possible but i would be crazy not to admit I got extremely lucky.
Half luck (at least) & half convincing from me
Hey, mind if I PM you for some details on what happened?
