Post-MBA Associate Corp Fin/Dev Exit Level

After this bonus cycle I’ll have nearly three years of post-MBA banking experience on top of 4 years of FP&A experience pre-MBA. My career goal is CFO and I’d like a little better work/life balance than IB so looking to potentially exit into corp dev or corp finance roles in 2022.

Anyone know what level I should be shooting for with my experience? Senior Manager, Director, Senior Director? Seems like a lot of roles say X years of finance experience in the job posting but wondering if anyone here has made or seen a similar move and has any practical advice.
