Hi,
I'm a first year student at an MBA Program and was fortunate to get a Summer Associate role at a BB. I want to know how does re recruiting for FT roles? I am asking for both scenarios - in the event I don't get a return offer as well as if I do but don't like my time at the bank I'm going to.
I want to know what the timelines are, which banks typically hire etc etc
