Post-Undergrad Hourly Compensation at Smaller IB

I have never posted here, so I apologize ahead of time for not following netiquette on this forum properly. I am posting here due to my need for accurate, unbiased advice.

I am a 22 year old and have been working at a small Broker Dealer in Florida for roughly 1 year and 10 months while attending a Public University. I graduate in May with a B.S. in Finance and Economics with a minor in Intl. Business. I currently have my Series 7 and will have my Series 66 in roughly 1 month. Frankly, I have no idea what I should be getting paid and what I can expect to be getting paid after I graduate.

We have a prop trading desk that is not salaried and advisers that operate on commission only that pull some serious numbers. We also have employees that are salaried. My boss wants me to operate as an adviser/retail trader (salaried at first) and I have been doing dirty work for the head adviser for roughly one year so I have all the necessary experience to start off strong.

How much should I currently be making per hour? And how much should I ask for post-graduation?
