Private Debt Analyst Salary??

Hi,

I'm starting an internship in Private Credit for a fund in Europe soon and was wondering what the Analyst salaries are like? It's a top-tier fund (such as Tikehau, Ardian, Eurazeo, etc.) and I could get an offer to join them permanently in London or Paris.

Any insights would be wonderful.

Thanks

Salaries for Analysts in Private Credit at top-tier funds in Europe can vary depending on factors such as location, years of experience, and performance. However, according to industry sources, the typical salary range for Analysts at these firms in London or Paris is between €60,000 and €85,000 per year, with the potential for bonuses or profit-sharing arrangements. It's worth noting that compensation packages can also vary significantly between firms, so it's important to do your own research and speak with industry contacts to get a more accurate picture of what to expect.
