Progress Partners Boston

Anyone have any information on Progress Partners Boston office? Looks like a primarily tech focused boutique. Looking for info on deal flow, reputation, culture, etc…How does it compare to other smaller Boston shops? Thanks in advance.

A friend of mine currently works here so I have some insight. They are a lower middle market M&A focused TMT shop. Although I think they predominantly focus on adtech/martech deals. Great culture for sure and senior leadership seems pretty accessible to the junior staff. Solid exposure on deals at a junior level cause they run super lean (no VP's in the group). Exits are usually corp dev, MM/UMM i-banks, maybe LMM funds but that's pretty rare. Hours aren't too bad compared to rest of industry though.
