Putting in 2 weeks after taking time off?

Work at an EB in NYC and am in final round interview stage for an immediate start position at a PE fund, maybe 2 or 3 candidates that are being considered at this stage (myself included). About a month ago I notified my team that I would be taking time off end of March, and now there are fairly good chances that I receive the offer.

So I’m wondering has anyone put in 2 weeks shortly after taking a week off and is that something that is heavily frowned upon? Didn’t know that the final rounds would coincide with my time off when I was planning my trip but timing seems a bit poor now. Not sure what to do here.

Have you seen it happen before at any places you’ve worked? What were reactions like?

Fuck them. If 1 analyst leaving causes such a big deal, then they have much bigger issues
