PWP HC vs JPM HC
Which lateral offer to take? The only thing I care about is comp and culture idgaf about exits. Assume Perella is the choice here but have also heard healthcare culture is cutthroat there with absolutely abysmal hours.

Career Resources
If you don’t care about exits Perella is a much better place to be. Culture is significantly better there and nowhere near as bad as JPM. They go to Park City every year skiing for starters, Hamptons yacht days in the summer, etc.
JPM HC is obviously an incredible brand (and better place to start a career in that sense if you like banking) though so definitely take that into consideration (exits meaningfully better)
Also forgot to mention comp at PWP is near top of street while JPM is mid at best.
jpm hc has AWFUL culture
Perella and not close. Significantly higher comp (almost 2x lmao) with better culture.
Will get same experience they have a ton of deal flow in HC.
