What do people think about PWP's restructuring group?
Do they compete for deals with some of the other heavy hitters like PJT / HL? What kind of mandates do they get - is it mostly energy because of the TPH acquisition?
What about culture / comp?

They don’t they really compete with HL / PJT but still get on some large and well known mandates.
As you noted they seem to win a lot of energy names due to their acquisition and maybe even healthcare since their healthcare side is also strong.

Def a tier below PJT HL Laz. Prob in line with CVP, greenhill, Guggenheim. One thing to note is some pwp rx MDs left for Ducera a couple years ago.
