PWP SF Tech - Updated Views 2022
Previous threads are outdated. Thinking about a potential lateral move to this group and I want to get an updated view on deal flow, culture, pay, etc.

Not super familiar but can comment on deal flow a bit - I’m at a competitor tech group and we absolutely never see PWP on anything. They don’t pitch what we pitch. They’re never on the other side of a transaction I’m on. I honestly have never heard of them in a conversation on anything about tech IB.
Speaking from my own experience, Q/MS are in the mix on anything big and GS is involved in everything (even smaller stuff). Evercore and JPM very active as well. On the smaller MM side, Jeff, Blair, and honestly RayJ are probably most active. Have also pulled about a million different league tables with every possible filter for pitches and don’t think PWP is ever top ten
