Pymetrics

What is the deal with Pymetrics. I applied for a blackstone summer program and was prompted to do a pymetrics test. The results last for a year so I am worried it will sink my IB recruitment if I do it now and bomb.

Does anyone know the best way to prepare for these things? I don't really care about the blackstone summer program, just about banking recruitment.

More specifically does anyone know what banks still use it? I see some old threads mentioning it being important for J.P Morgan but haven't seen anything recent about it, and a friend of mine that is about to their summer internship at J.P Morgan was never asked to do it.

Basically just would appreciate any information or advice about this whole Pymetrics thing, and any other cognitive/cultural tests you might have experience  with or knowledge of.

Thanks!
