From what I have discussed with them, it is very comp to BB all across the board.
thanks. so is that 60 k and 10k sign in bonus? or what?
ya that sounds about right for HL.
do you also get a yearend bonus? seperate from the 60 and 10? thanks btw
Yes, but it will fluctuate based on your ranking against your peers.
how much does is the range?
Well, if Top Tier gets $65k, second tier gets $55kish, and bottom bucket gets $50kish
Not to thread hijack, but how much less do MM's get in comparison to BB counterparts
Paul, I would say $60K, salary with the top bonus coming in around $40K-60K
thanks !
good question. I'm wondering too
$70k base I believe
I think you're referring to BB?
every legit MM/boutique bank offers 70k (standard) or more based on my understanding. HLHZ, however, might offer a bit less (in signing and end of year bonus) as they are a bit cheap when it comes to corporate finance department.
YTa that is why I was staying with 60k for HL. You can probably use 70 because even if they aren't paying it now, they will be by the time most people on here are getting SA and FT jobs.
No, I'm pretty sure HLHZ's base is $70k with a lower than $10 signing bonus (for corpfin).
Okay, so we all agree that it is roughly $70k with signing bonus.
Can confirm that base is $70k, thats before a $10k signing bonus
I can also confirm that base is $70K with a $10K signing bonus for CorpFin
