Questions to Ask Steve Schwarzman?

My school is very lucky to have Steve Schwarzman coming in to speak with us tomorrow about his book and philanthropy.

What do you want to know about him? What questions do you want to ask him? How should I best impress him?

Cheers

Yep I am. Great insights and stories. Quite the personality. I've got some ideas of what I would like to know about him and ask, just looking for some additional thoughts and see if other monkeys want to ask something

Ask him about the process behind hiring his first few executives. There's nothing on that online at all re: PE/HF or even booting up an IB firm. Tons of stories from founders in other industries but nobody really in finance.

The reason I want to know if because your first few executive level hires basically pens out how well you'll scale and he obviously did that part really well/fast.

Diddy did an interview with Ray Dalio and asked a similar question about this.
