Racism in Workplace - Advice Needed
Hi All,
I have had two racist incidents in my office, and I don't know how to handle them since we don't even have an HR department - one incident was not even acknowledged, because they pretended I was not there. The other was handled because I was on the call, and they had to take note. In addition to that, what really stems my concern is how they would have handled it if I was not on the line.

Ethnic minority, racism is racism. Just because it's one race being discriminated against doesn't make it more or less important.
