I was recently interviewing for an analyst position at a regional MM/BB office. I had a couple phone screens and haven't heard anything from them for the past 2 weeks. I sent them an email but got not response. I was wondering what the best way to handle the situation would be.

You were probably waitlisted to see if they have any additional space for the superday or they are still interviewing other candidates and have no update at this time. They could also be really busy and just ignored your email.
You could also have gotten dinged and they don't care about sending you a rejection.
Hard to say unless you're plugged into the process. I had one last year where I was invited to the superday after assuming I'd been dinged due to three weeks with no word. I found out I was wrong when I touched base with one of my contacts in the group who let me know that they were planning on inviting me out.
There's a lot of reasons. Sometimes they can have a fire drill that makes them worry less about recruiting, other times it can take a few weeks to get around to visiting all their on campus recruiting locations.
Honestly, at this point there is nothing to do. If you sent one follow up email, I would keep hitting the pavement and recruiting. Good luck.
This usually means you were dropped. This is a typical industry practice. That being said, I had this happen with the caveat of them letting me know they would reach out soon. I received a superday as a result.
How did they last respond?
The last communication I had with them was the last phone screen. Was very rushed so there was no time for me to ask about the timeline.
Happened to me before. Emailed and got no response....was later rejected.
