Not much information on this highly successful TMT boutique shop. Anyone have good intel on these guys? Yes I know they work on TMT deals and own the SoftBank relationship and etc.
But what about culture, hours for junior employees, leadership and direction of firm, chance to rise thru ranks, etc.? Do associates and above work across advisory and investing? Anyone have first hand experience?

Really sharp people but juniors don't seem to exit out of the firm. They very much seem to promote internally. Culture seems collegial yet hardworking.

My impression of these guys is very good - the teams are strong and they have carved out a niche where they actually have industry expertise and can add value. I don't know what comp would be like, but I assume above market.
