Bunch of nepo hires, a lot stay after analyst stint, seems like a dope place to work, considered to be a top top offer at my target

If you look at their mandates they are one of the strongest media advisors on the street, especially for a boutique. Not to mention the ARM/Fortress transactions last year
If ur into media then ye. Otherwise its a good offer but wouldnt say its top. Know some hardos that were complaining abt DE&I because the only offer they got was Raine.
Nepo central lol
Only do ft hires if someone doesn’t get a return. Will admit they do have a lot of nepo’s, but once on the job there’s no preferential treatment - from what I’ve gathered. For context, a descendant of the founding family of a major financial institution did not get a return.
Any info on laterals? Do they have a headhunter?
