Go read the reviews and compensation here on the website under their company profile. Analysts: 120-220k pay. Associates 230-430k pay. Vp it gets a bit more volatile depending on the group and performance. Solid firm. They've done very well with the middle market sponsor community and continue to perform in tech/services group. Obviously HQ'd in Florida which is very unique and has the large wealth management aspect to the business. Seems like a good place if you're willing to work
They've had strong deal flow for the last couple of years in specific verticals (tech, healthcare services, healthcare IT, business services), but I believe they are going through an internal restructuring that is resulting in some layoffs.
