RJ's reputation is very group dependent. I know that their Tech & Services group is particularly strong. Exit opps tend to be MM PE, such as Stone Point, TA Associates, Summit, and JMI.

Can confirm with above. RJ’s Tech & Services Group has crazy deal flow. I know a guy who went to Accel-KKR after his analyst stint.
Tech & Serv is by far the strongest, but Security & Defense and Real Estate have both advised on a number of notable deals.

haha omg!! lol. I would def stay as far clear from RJ as possible. I have a girlfriend who worked there and she said that it was extremely toxic and male dominated and that the women at the firm were degraded, spoken to badly, and not treated with respect compared to men. She also said she was in the Healthcare group and had essentially no deal flow, most of her work was just like pitching and she hardly got like any modeling or actual deal experience. One of her VP's left the firm and is supposedly pressing some sexual assault allegations also.
