RBC IB SA 2023 already?!?!?

Class of 2024 here. Is it always this early for RBC? Will they even phone screen yet or wait until after March? I'm tempted to apply, but in the off chance I got an interview this early I would just be completely unprepared in terms of technicals and stuff. Curious to hear other peoples' thoughts. Obviously I still don't know too much about how this process works.
